Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.

Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products and services to prospective customers.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through consistent follow-up and engagement.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
