SAP BSA Responsible for Quickly understand the existing system/ AS-IS setup Understanding the high-level design( future state) put by the enterprise architecture(EA) team and validate the impact on the existing systems based on the design put up by the EA team for the future state Develop/ document Functional Specification documents, Configuration documents and work with technical developers Develop test scenarios and to participate and successfully complete the testing (FUT, SIT), Cutover execution, defect resolution and supporting hyper care.
Must have 15 years+ of SAP hands on experience with configuration within SAP SD and CS module in a lead position.
Must have experience in both SAP SD and SAP CS modules.
Experience in implementing/supporting SAP CS module with customers in a global environment that include PM, Field Service, Internal Repair, Service Contacts, Returns & Repair.
Processing Expertise in other related areas such as Master data (Install Base , Customer Master, Material Master, BOM, Equipment Master, Pricing & Output records etc.), Service Contracts, Serial Numbers, Reporting.
Must have worked on SD and CS related developments, customization including Reports, Smart forms, Custom Z transactions & processing.
S/4 Hana exposure.
Extensive knowledge of Service orders and integration throughout Installation, Warranty and Maintenance processes, service labor posting and integration with time keeping system.
Ability to perform basic SAP ABAP debugging and/or ability to read ABAP code.
Must have experience in analyzing developing and testing integration between SAP and Non-SAP systems (Upstream and Downstream).
Must have previous experience in successfully leading / participating in Enterprise-wide Digital transformation / Business transformation/ ERP rationalization projects.
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in working on service processes for Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturers, Medical Equipment Manufacturers, or other equipment manufacturers.
Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics/ Field Service Management and Power BI.
Ability to represent and report the deliverables progress with PMO and other stake holders.
