Consultant- DTC works with Retail business partners within a global SAP program to align SAP CAR and Retail solutions with business needs. Will primarily support the business processes associated with the integration between a core merchandising solution (SAP S4 Fashion) and store POS systems. Specifically, the business processes associated with collection of multichannel POS data through CAR into SAP S4; Retail price and markdown management; and Sales Audit.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with retail business partners to align SAP CAR and Retail solutions with business requirements.
Support business processes between SAP S4 Fashion and store POS systems integration.
Manage collection of multichannel POS data through CAR into SAP S4.
Facilitate Retail price and markdown management processes.
Oversee Sales Audit processes and ensure data accuracy.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Provide functional expertise in SAP CAR, Retail, and S4 Fashion modules.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
SAP CAR, SAP S4 Fashion, POS system integration, Retail price management, Markdown management, Sales audit, Multichannel POS data collection, SAP implementation experience in retail, Troubleshooting and problem resolution, Stakeholder communication, Global retail business operations expertise.
