SF Solution Architect

Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated payroll experts to support us during the pilot and rollout phase of global payroll solutions (focus on EC Pay). This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in solution design and implementation, product management, service management, and payroll delivery. The candidate will play a crucial role in establishing a new service, ensuring efficient delivery while driving product development and managing customer relationships.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collect country-specific EC Payroll requirements from our entities and define the data model (global vs. local – including EC integration).

Set up P2P Integration and UI Mashup with EC and EC Time.

Set up BTP Standard iFlow / Custom iFlow and ALE integrations to other systems.

Set up EC payroll instances, including the required interface to other tenants.

Analyze and map CSRD reporting requirements for CPI Integration in our reporting system (currently SFA).

Collaborate closely with EC, EC Time, Entities, and various departments to set up global payroll processes as required.

Train employees on how to use the EC Payroll system.

Monitor system performance and carry out necessary updates and improvements.

Troubleshoot and assist users with system issues.

Create reports and analyses on system performance.

Consult on implementations/integrations with third-party payroll systems, when required (the actual implementation will be performed by third-party vendors).

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and managing payroll systems.

Analytical thinking and experience in setting up global and country-specific data models.

Excellent command of written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.

Advanced MS Office skills, with high proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Very strong technical skills and experience with HRIS systems.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with good prioritization skills.

Proactive and independent working style, with the ability to deliver high-quality results even under time pressure.

Experience in an international environment, with excellent cross-cultural skills.

SuccessFactors Associate certification in EC and EC Pay; Professional Certification Preferred.
