We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Service Omnichannel, specifically in setting up and integrating the Voice/Telephony channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating D365 solutions to enhance customer service operations.
Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service Omnichannel, focusing on Voice/Telephony channel setup and integration.
Design and develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to enhance CRM functionalities.
Develop and customize Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards for business intelligence and automation.
Work with Azure services, including Azure Communication Services, for telephony integration.
Ensure CRM solutions follow best practices, security standards, and performance optimizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and support CRM deployments.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support for CRM applications.
Document configurations, technical specifications, and development processes.
