The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the development of effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Testing Support: Assist in the development of test cases and testing strategies, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Change Management: Support change management initiatives by providing training and documentation to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that could impact the organization’s business processes and systems.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making, providing insights into business performance and operational metrics.
Education:
Minimum B.Sc. in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
Experience in the banking or financial industry is preferred.
