We are looking for an experienced Gen Al Engineer with Azure, 7-10 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python programming, agentic platforms (Autogen, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, Crew.ai, EMA.ai), and Azure OpenAI services. They will design and deploy AI solutions, optimize models, and develop APIs for seamless integration. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
Must Have:
Proficient in Python programming with experience in agentic platforms from procode (e.g., Autogen, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph) to low code (e.g.,Crew.ai, EMA.ai).
Hands-on experience with Azure open Al and related tools and services.
Fluent in GenAl packages like Llamaindex and Langchain.

Leverage Azure OpenAl ecosystems and tooling, including training models, advanced prompting, Assistant API, and agent curation.
Write efficient, clean, and maintainable Python code for Al applications.
Develop and deploy RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask or Django for model integration and consumption.
Fine-tune and optimize Al models for business use cases.
