We are seeking an experienced Tools & Automation Project Manager to lead the implementation of ITSM , Infra/NW monitoring & APM tools. The candidate should have a strong background in ITSM, ITOM & APM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of ITSM, Monitoring, and APM solutions.
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Application Support.
Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and governance frameworks.
Drive stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
Conduct user training and change management to ensure smooth adoption.
Monitor and report project progress, KPIs, and post-implementation effectiveness.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for tool enhancements and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT tools implementation and management, with a focus on ManageEngine solutions.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, IT service management, and automation.
Experience in integrating ManageEngine with other IT systems.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Certifications in ITIL, PMP(preferred).
