We are seeking a skilled MDM Tool Identification Specialist with expertise in Informatica MDM to evaluate, select, and implement master data management solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in data governance, data integration, and MDM best practices to drive efficiency and data quality improvements.
Evaluate and recommend MDM tools, with a primary focus on Informatica MDM and related technologies.
Assess business requirements and align them with the right MDM tool selection criteria.
Design, implement, and optimize MDM solutions for data cleansing, deduplication, and data hierarchy management.
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, and data governance teams) to ensure seamless MDM adoption.
Define data models, workflows, and governance policies for effective master data management.
Provide technical leadership in configuring, customizing, and deploying Informatica MDM, Data Quality, and Data Integration tools.
Conduct proof of concept (PoC) evaluations for different MDM tools and present findings to stakeholders.
Monitor MDM system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and maintain MDM documentation, best practices, and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on Informatica MDM.
Strong expertise in MDM tool evaluation, selection, and implementation.
Experience with data modeling, data governance, and data integration.
Knowledge of data quality management, match/merge rules, and survivorship strategies.
Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and API integrations.
Familiarity with cloud-based MDM solutions (e.g., Informatica MDM SaaS, Azure, AWS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
