We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Architect specializing in Azure data services to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and design tailored Azure data solutions. Key responsibilities include leading technical pre-sales processes, designing Azure data architectures, developing proposals and technical documentation, and providing client workshops and training. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of Azure data services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions. Azure certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored Azure data solutions.
Lead the technical pre-sales process by providing technical expertise, presentations, and demonstrations of Azure data services.
Design and architect Azure data solutions that meet client requirements and align with their business goals.
Develop and deliver proposals, statements of work (SOW), and technical documentation for Azure data solutions.
Engage with clients to understand their technical challenges and provide solutions that leverage Azure data services.
Stay current with Azure data technologies and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to clients and internal teams.
Support the sales team with technical expertise during client meetings, RFP responses, and negotiations.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams on Azure data services and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Architect or similar role, with a focus on Azure data services.
Strong knowledge of Azure data services, including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and related technologies.
Experience with data architecture, data warehousing, and data integration in Azure.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with preparing technical proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.
Certification in Azure data services or architecture is a plus.
