We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C Consultant with at least 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring SAP C4C modules and integrating them with the SAP CRM Service Module. They should be adept at gathering business requirements, ensuring configurations align with business needs, and troubleshooting related issues. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and SAP C4C certification are preferred.
Experience Required:
Minimum 7 years in SAP Sales and Services.
Hands-on experience configuring Lead, Activity, Opportunity, and SAP Service/Case Management.
Experience integrating SAP C4C with SAP CRM Service Module.
Proficiency in SAP C4C Sales and Services.
Responsibilities:
Configure and manage SAP C4C modules including Lead, Activity, Opportunity, and Service/Case Management.
Integrate SAP C4C with SAP CRM Service Module.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
Ensure configurations meet business needs and are aligned with best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP C4C configurations and integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP C4C certification preferred.
