We are seeking a skilled SAP Training and Project Coordination Specialist.The role involves planning and conducting comprehensive SAP end-user training sessions, managing and coordinating training workshops, and creating training manuals. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Solution Architect to ensure the project scope is adhered to, report discrepancies, and ensure effective communication between training and project teams. Additionally, the role includes developing and following training schedules, and evaluating and adjusting training programs as needed.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in planning and conducting SAP end-user training sessions.
Experience in managing and coordinating training workshops and creating training manuals.
Strong project coordination skills to ensure functional, technical, and analytical teams follow the project scope.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct comprehensive SAP end-user training sessions.
Manage and coordinate training workshops, including the development and distribution of training manuals.
Work closely with the Senior Solution Architect to ensure all team members adhere to the project scope.
Monitor and report any discrepancies in project execution to the Senior Solution Architect.
Ensure timely and effective communication between the training and project teams.
Develop training schedules and ensure they are followed.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong experience in SAP training and project coordination.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work closely with senior leadership and report on project progress and discrepancies.
Proficiency in creating training materials and conducting workshops.
