We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Hybris Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) development, with a strong background in implementing and managing large-scale e-commerce solutions. This role involves leading technical projects, mentoring junior developers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the development and support of SAP Hybris projects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet client requirements.
Oversee full project life cycle from design to implementation and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and customize enterprise and web applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and other related technologies.
Handle functional and non-functional change requests, including design and implementation of new features, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
Integrate SAP Commerce with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other third-party systems, ensuring seamless data replication and business process flows.
Implement and manage Hybris E-Commerce suite components such as WCMS, HMC, CMS Cockpit, and Solr search configurations.
Work on front-end technologies including Spartacus for headless commerce architecture, ensuring optimal user experience.
Collaborate with multiple teams, including marketing, CRM, ERP, and support teams, to deliver comprehensive e-commerce solutions.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and technical support to enhance their skill sets and project contributions.
Conduct performance monitoring and optimization using tools like Dynatrace, Jenkins, and Jprofiler to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with best practices in enterprise architecture, system design, integration, testing, and production cutover processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
7+ years of experience in SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) development with multiple end-to-end implementations, support, and rollout projects.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, and related web technologies.
Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Suite, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI), Datahub, and MuleSoft.
Strong understanding of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, Spartacus, and OCC.
Experience in payment gateway integration (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and third-party system integration (One-Trust, Twilio).
Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects, and mentor junior developers.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on debugging, performance optimization, and system enhancements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
SAP Certified Development Professional – SAP Commerce Cloud 1905 Developer.
Additional certifications in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud are preferred.
