We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ServiceNow Quality Assurance & Automation Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow platform through rigorous testing and automation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for ServiceNow applications and modules.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform.
Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor test results, generate reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders on the quality of the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies related to quality assurance and automation.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring thorough testing and minimal disruption to operations.
Stay current with ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices.
Requisitos :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in quality assurance and automation, specifically with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
Familiarity with ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
Additional relevant certifications in quality assurance and automation are desirable.
