We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security, workflows, data management, and integrations.
Perform day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including incident and problem management.
Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff.
Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and best practices.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and basic scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
