Mission:
As the Lead L3 System Engineer, you will designing and implementing the infrastructure on which we, as a public cloud provider, deliver our services.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of at least 5 FTEs, conducting monthly evaluations and feedback sessions.
Submit quarterly proposals for process and infrastructure improvements.
Reduce the number of escalations from 30 to 5 per week, with a response time of 1 hour and a resolution time of 2 hours.
Manage one project per week and ensure 100% of projects are delivered on time.
Communicate weekly with the CTO, completing 100% of action points within the deadline.
Support and develop the full outsourcing of support services within one year.
Generate weekly reports on tickets while maintaining an employee satisfaction score of 9+.
Conduct annual audits following ISO 27001 and GDPR standards, aiming for 0 critical findings.
Output:
Within 3 months, create insight into team output and productivity by setting up reporting systems.
Complete 100% of projects within the deadline, with an annual average of 40 projects.
Reduce the number of escalations from 30 to 5 per week, with a resolution time of 2 hours.
Implement weekly improvements to internal procedures.
Ensure 0 security incidents through continuous monitoring and compliance.
Improve the delivery process of a managed server, saving half an hour per delivery.
Competenties :
Network Management : Deep knowledge of networks, routing, switching, and network security to efficiently manage infrastructures and quickly resolve issues.
Server Management : Expertise in managing both physical and virtual servers (Linux/Windows), including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
Automation : Knowledge of automation tools (such as Ansible, Terraform) to automate tasks and increase efficiency.
Scripting and Programming : Skills in writing scripts (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
