Job Description

Design and develop solutions, establish integration patterns for our business using Full-Stack tech stack (Client/Server/Integration) with Java.

Experience on Azure Tech Stack and Microsoft CRM Dynamics would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities include the creation of a conceptual approach, technical analysis, fit-gap assessment, design, development, and providing re-usable designs/components.

Work closely with the product manager and various business stakeholders to drive and/or facilitate the development of requirements, specifications, and use cases.

Engage with and support the Global Business Ops organizations to deliver product roadmap and provide support services. Lead collaboration activities with business teams on requirements elaboration, workflow design, configuration, and business re-engineering.

Manage and collaborate with product vendors and systems integrators on the delivery of solutions.

Work with delivery partners to review and finalize technical specifications, code review, version management, and implementation-related activities.

Adheres to best practices for CRM, micro-services development, and integration processes by leading discussions in the Solution review board and providing Architectural guidance.

Collaborate across global businesses and technology organizations, providing sound business analysis, process, and change leadership.
 

Skills:

The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least last 3+ years on Microservices, design thinking and being hands on Integration expert.

Strong understanding and implementation experience of CRM agnostic solutions using micro-services, Serverless components (Lamba/Az functions).

Java/J2EE experience will be preferred with a solid understanding of end-to-end n-tier enterprise software architectures.

Our current infrastructure includes the use of Java, Microsoft Dynamics 365, AngularJS, Snap Logic, Kafka, relational databases, NoSQL databases, and various 'managed services' (e.g. AWS, Azure)
Application development with enterprise CRM software applications such as Microsoft Dynamics.

Integration experience with external systems through REST API’s and Service gateways, both with and without middleware.

Basic Azure administration and Deployment for MSCRM application.

Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.

Working with Power apps and rest of the power Platform.

Fair understanding of different versions of .NET Framework, C# programming, Dynamics 365 SDK.

Well-versed with the overall technical architecture of Enterprise Applications and Dynamics CRM .

Strong conceptual and analytic skills. Ability to design and build complex algorithms.

Experience with analytic techniques including process modelling, requirements elaboration, data modelling, and business use case and user interface prototyping.

Define cloud architecture, design and implementation plans for hosting complex application workloads.

Proficiency in Integration via IaaS and PaaS - SQL DB , App Service , Application Insights, data bricks , Storage accounts etc, to deliver an end to end automation.

Thorough understanding of Continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems.
