Job Description

Job Summary :

As an L1 Call Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include handling Windows and Office 365-related issues, resolving email and password problems, managing basic Outlook issues, assisting with Citrix login issues, email creation, and printer setup.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively support clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and Office 365 issues.
• Assist with email-related issues, including email account creation and password resets.
• Address basic Outlook problems and provide solutions.
• Support Citrix login issues and ensure smooth access for users.
• Set up and configure printers for client use.
• Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
• Experience with email support and password management.
• Familiarity with basic Outlook troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Citrix login processes.
• Ability to set up and configure printers.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.
