Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier IT professionals for various technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation).
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Talent Pool Development:
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT roles.
Offer Management:
Extend job offers and negotiate terms, ensuring alignment with internal compensation policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with IT roles (e.g., software engineers, systems architects, IT security professionals) and technical terminology.
Sourcing Expertise:
Proven ability to use sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
Interviewing Skills:
Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
Negotiation Skills:
Ability to negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
