As a SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert, you will be responsible to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central solution. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central modules. The expert will work closely with project teams, HR staff, and IT teams to ensure streamlined employee data management, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation:
• Support the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central modules, including core HR, position management & global benefits.
• Configure data models, workflows, and business processes to meet requirements.
• Facilitate the integration of Employee Central with other HR systems and applications, ensuring data consistency across platforms.
• Develop and manage data mapping and conversion processes to ensure seamless data migration and integrity.
Configuration:
• Customize Employee Central to align with organizational structure, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and manage data mapping and conversion processes to ensure seamless data migration and integrity.
• Create and maintain custom reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
Ongoing Support and Training:
• Provide continuous Post-Implementation Support- and troubleshoot issues within the Employee Central module to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist clients on data entry, updates, and data corrections, ensuring data accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
• Organize and lead training sessions to educate HR teams on Employee Central functionality and best practices.
Process Optimization and Compliance:
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline employee lifecycle processes, enhancing accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Ensure that Employee Central processes comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance on best practices for employee data management and compliance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using SuccessFactors configuration tools and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred
• Experience with HR systems and technologies.
• Knowledge of multiple HR platforms.
• Experience in project management or client engagement.
