As a SuccessFactors Payroll Expert, you will be responsible to implement, configure, and support SuccessFactors Payroll solutions tailored to business needs. This role involves close collaboration with project teams, HR professionals, and IT staff to ensure smooth payroll operations, data accuracy, and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation:
• Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Payroll modules, including compensation, benefits, time management, and absence management.
• Configure payroll rules, calculations, and tax tables to meet client-specific requirements.
• Integrate SuccessFactors Payroll with other HR systems and applications.
Configuration:
• Customize SuccessFactors Payroll to align with client's organizational structure, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain data mapping and conversion rules.
• Create custom reports and analytics to support payroll decision-making.
Support:
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors Payroll issues.
• Assist clients with data entry, updates, and corrections.
• Conduct training sessions for HR staff on SuccessFactors Payroll functionality.
Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize payroll processes.
• Implement best practices and recommendations to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on payroll-related compliance matters.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using SuccessFactors configuration tools and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in SuccessFactors Payroll or Human Capital Management.
• Experience with payroll outsourcing or payroll service providers.
• Knowledge of multiple payroll systems and platforms.
