As a SuccessFactors Time Management Expert, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Time Management solutions. In this role, you will work closely with project teams, HR professionals, and IT staff to ensure the accurate management of time-off and timesheet processes, supporting efficient and compliant time-tracking for business.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation:
• Support the implementation of SuccessFactors Time Management modules
• Configure time rules, calendars, and approval workflows to meet client-specific requirements.
• Integrate SuccessFactors Time Management with other HR systems and applications.
Configuration:
• Customize SuccessFactors Time Management to align with client's organizational structure, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain data mapping and conversion rules.
• Create custom reports and analytics to support time management.
Support:
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors Time Management issues.
• Assist with data entry, updates, and corrections.
• Conduct training sessions for HR staff on SuccessFactors Time Management functionality.
Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize time management processes.
• Implement best practices and recommendations to enhance time tracking accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to time and attendance.
• Advise clients on time management-related compliance matters.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of time and attendance principles, processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using SuccessFactors configuration tools and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in SuccessFactors Time Management preferred
• Experience with time and attendance systems and technologies.
• Knowledge of multiple time management platforms.
• Experience in project management or client engagement.
