Job Description

Design and implement CRM Dynamics 365 solutions for Sales and Customer Service modules.

Gather business requirements, analyze customer needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Plugins.

Develop and integrate CRM solutions with third-party applications and other enterprise systems.

Enhance customer service processes, case management, and automation workflows within Dynamics 365.

Lead data migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization initiatives.

Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for CRM solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM adoption and business process improvements.

Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in CRM implementation.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
