Job Description

We are seeking talented CRM Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team in the business line Microsoft. In this role, you will design and implement software solutions with a focus on software development and deployment using Azure DevOps and related technologies. You will work on projects for our customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.

Our interdisciplinary team shares a passion: intelligent software solutions for the manufacturing industry. Therefore, we offer comprehensive support in digitizing your software engineering across the entire value chain – from the tailored selection of software solutions according to your project requirements to successful implementation, ongoing operation, and proactive maintenance.

You will work on projects for a customer that develops, manufactures, and sells motorized equipment for forestry, gardening, landscaping, and construction. The company also sells high-pressure cleaners under its brand. 

For a data hub solution, we are seeking for adequate candidates meeting the following requirements:

Responsibilities:

Documentation:

Document processes, procedures, and logic using Confluence and Jira.

Create architecture diagrams using Confluence and Draw.io.

CRM Customizing:

Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.

Add new entities and set up optionsets in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Monitoring:

Create alerts, dashboards, workbooks, and perform health checks using Azure Application Insights, JMeter, and Logic Apps.

ITIL Processes:

Utilize ServiceNow for ITIL-based service management.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Relevant education and practical experience in CRM customizing and monitoring.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization.

Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence and Jira.

Knowledge of monitoring tools like Azure Application Insights, JMeter, and Logic Apps.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.

Additional Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the manufacturing or related industries.

Knowledge of additional CRM systems and monitoring tools.
