We need problem solvers, innovators, and strong communicators—people who can understand business needs, design solutions, and implement them using Salesforce and other modern technologies. You’ll play a key role in helping businesses (for-profit and non-profit) streamline processes, improve customer experiences, and build a “team brain” with Salesforce at the core.
This is a mid-senior level role with a clear path to senior leadership—ideal for someone who enjoys both coding and strategy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to shape the future of our business.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with customers to gather requirements, design, and implement Salesforce solutions
Build integrations using REST APIs and object-oriented programming ( APEX, JAVA or similar )
Conduct research and process mapping (Miro, Lucid) to design efficient and scalable solutions
Present findings and recommendations clearly to customers, leadership, and teammates
Lead and mentor teammates, picking up leadership and coaching responsibilities
Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery from start to finish with a high degree of ownership
Identify opportunities for process improvement within customer projects and internally.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience (or equivalent demonstrable skills through assignments)
Strong object-oriented programming and integration experience (Java, APEX, REST APIs)
Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical details into clear business language
Ability to manage time, energy, and attention effectively in a fast-moving environment
A passion for learning new tools & technologies and solving real-world business problems
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
